the boy made of lentils

Lentils soaked overnight, gonna leave it by the windowsill for some light.  They taste like they’re supposed to after they sprout, which about 5% of them are already doing.  Sprouting also removes the purines from the lentils that cause gastrointestinal upset. (I have an embarrassing story to tell about eating improperly prepared lentils… smelling like a dirty diaper πŸ˜…)

The spices and herbs get soaked into it better like a sponge; I use rosemary, sage & thyme as staples along with sea salt and cumin for that ‘earthy’ taste.  it’s gonna be lit πŸ”₯
