that’s supposed to be the eagle, globe an’ anchor. ๐Ÿ™‚

don’t quite remember what i was like before serving two days after the Christmas of 2004.ย  Boot camp, combat training and a few stripes later, i feel pretty badass in a sense, xdd.ย  I actually survived all that!ย  Which is good to remember now that my body feels like it’s painfully deteriorating slowly.

I have extended fam worldwide in a very real sense.ย  Like, dude, I know some really influential blokes and sheilas that really care about my well being without reservations.ย  Sanitation, police, major NGOs and those old guard lifers who would really catch a bullet for the average American (except maybe Bush, lmao).

so please, don’t fuck with me.ย  we can all shine, y’know? ๐Ÿ˜€

I am thankful for all the support of the NATO forces I have served together with.ย  God knows it wasn’t easy.

    1. thanks mate ๐Ÿ˜€ a pleasure to serve. yeah, war is a bitter pill to swallow. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful people in NYC that have helped me avoid the homeless shelter system and set me up for HUD-VASH. And overseas, seeing the different uniforms of the Euro nations was a big reminder that we’re all one big fat extended fam ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Military, Firemen and Police are heroes for us all.. They protect even those people who are free to disrespect and unappreciate the people in uniform.. I believe in free speech wholeheartedly but am always confounded by the blame some people place on our heroes for the decisions that governments make at national and local levels..

      2. I saw a video of the ANGLICO units performing typical search exercises, and all I could think was, ‘who really wants to be doing that stuff for real? it’s pretty friggin’ stressful.’ ‘specially the politics of Iraq, really polarizing. most people I knew just wanted everyone to be safe, they were just regular people like I’ve always known in NY (we were mostly from the Atlantic East), ‘cept in fatigues and really just focused on keeping every friendly soul alive. ๐Ÿ™‚
